Mossville Engine center, Mossville, IL USA – 6 Months (April-2012 to October-2012)-  Supported transition of C9 engine from Mossville to Seguin, creating assembly sequence, torque identification, optimal tool selection, build fixtures validation, shipping cart validation, etc. -  Eliminated wastes by identifying the potential build issues before design freeze dates thereby preventing them occurring during the iron build.-  Participated in design reviews to ensure assembly feasibility on new designs. -  Focused on Root cause analysis, ICA, and PCA for NPI build issues through build follow-ups.- Managed Tools, Fixtures, Test cell models conversion and consolidation.
