What truly fuels my passion is the opportunity to nurture the next generation of leaders. As an executive sponsor for Dell Technologies' GenNext Employee Resource Group, I've had the privilege of championing this cause.My journey took an exhilarating turn when I bid farewell to Dell at the peak of my career as SVP, embarking on the RJ2.0 (#RJ2dot0) journey to immerse myself in startup ecosystems and mentor emerging leaders. Through advisory roles with iValue InfoSolutions, Swirl, MyMobiforce, and TechMahindra, I've played a key role in driving these companies towards scalable growth. Two years later, I caught the startup bug myself (perhaps a case of reverse mentoring), proving it's never too late to embark on a new journey!From orchestrating Global Alliances and co-creating ground-breaking solutions at Dell Technologies to driving exponential growth as President and Managing Director at EMC and NetApp, I have held numerous leadership positions at EMC, NetApp, HCL, HP, Compaq, DEC, and Wipro. I've also chaired the CII Subcommittee on Cloud Computing and served on the boards of SNIA India and the American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM).
