I am Rajesh kunju Nair having 11 years of maintenance experience in the field of instrumentation and control systems including commissioning start up, emergency shutdown and turnaround in oil and gas refinery, crude oil gathering centers and distillation plant. Currently working as Snr instrument technician in PETROCHEMICAL MAINTENANCE project . before this i was worked as E&I tech in VTTI FUJAIRAH refinery uae ,Inst tech in Kuwait for the maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in the shouaiba refinery project for 4 yrs which is having an operating capacity of 200,000 bpd which is coming under KNPC (Kuwait national petroleum company), 3 year exp. in KREMENCO For the maintenance of Kuwait oil company(KOC) in gathering centre 22 in east facility of Kuwait and 3 year exp in India for a maintenance project in BPCL cochin refinery. Involved commissioning and start up as well as maintenance activities of different areas. Experienced in process plant start up for different kind of units like gas compressors, crude oil heaters, turbines, air driers etc .Ability to read and interpret diagrams, P&ID, specifications, cause and effects and manuals. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and writing.
