Responsibilities:• Successfully hired, trained and managed a team of recruiters to consistently achieve goals for on-time submission and overall target placement numbers.• Empower and energize the team to maximize their performance and meet recruitment goal • Manage daily/ weekly metrics and assign team responsibilities & Manage Client Relationships/Accounts • Interact with the technical team for requirements/JD gathering, setting up interview loops, follow-up for feedback and final On-boarding• Day to day Maintenance of ATS and VMS systems• Management of recruiters and clients with hands-on responsibilities for the identification, recruitment and placement of information technology professionals.• Provide strategies, direction, and leadership for identifying, recruiting, qualifying of candidates.• Fill open positions efficiently and effectively• Conduct regular follow-up with client to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. • Vast experience with all job boards like Dice, Monster for Job posting and Resume Screening.
