Factory Manager
Current• Overall Supply chain activities, overseeing daily operations, planning, Logistics and optimizing them to achieve Supply Chain and Operational goals, . Implementing best practices, developing processes for safety, quality, and productivity, and identifying opportunities for improvement.• Managing production output, controlling inventory, allocating resources effectively, and minimizing costs while maintaining high product quality and meeting production targets.• Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management and timely shipments. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and stock levels are maintained to support production requirements.• Overseeing factory machinery and utilities, implementing preventive maintenance plans, enforcing Q/HSE procedures, and ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and local regulations.• Manage Overall budget, minimizing costs while enhancing efficiency. Collaborate with departments for customer service and smooth operations. Coordinate with ministries and regulatory bodies for compliance.• Addresses employee concerns, manages collective bargaining agreements, trains employees .• Overseeing and implementing company policies, liaises with the relevant Ministries and ensures compliance to the local regulation in concurrence with the Management.• Overseeing and optimizing the Procurement activities.• Working on different innovative projects regionally, lead the regional team and achieving the KPI
