Work Outline:-Proposes New safety policies, ADEHSMS RF CoP 1-55,Technica Guide lines, Elements, Mechanism, Forms, and standards (ESTIDAMA) which can be used to integrate safety performance into the goals, operations and productivity of organizations regulated by the DM/ADM as well as the monitoring, assessment of their effectiveness in changing safety performance. Interview and Assessment of HSE Professional (Manager/Engineers / Safety officer, scaffolding Foreman) for the company.Participates on teams engaged in Planning, Design, Development and Implementation of systems or programs involving hazard controls for the safety system to maximize its effectiveness. Establishes and Implements Techniques, which involve Cost, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Work Sampling, Loss Rate and Similar Methodologies, for periodic and systematic evaluation of the safety system and hazard control program effectiveness. Preparation and submission of HSE plans & RA , Security Plan, CEMP, CDWEMP, TMP, Journey Management Plan, ERP, EPP, etc.Arrangement of internal external training for all employees as per the AD EHSMS RF COP and other construction and environmental standards of UAE.Check the safety aspect related to all Construction/Marine related works, Electric Works, Road Traffic, Portable Hand Tools, PTW & ATW procedure, etc.

To implement and ensure that all the AD EHSMS RF COP, Technical guide lines, mechanism, elements and Estidama rule and regulation related to construction and marine activities

FTP(#4),BCP,POTLINE(#2),Anode paste plant, Anode Baking plant , ARP, Cast house ,Rectifier Station, Jetty Soilos, Power Plant , storage HarborTwo alumina tanks 72mtrs height and 30mtrs of radius each, Liquid pitch tanks of 2nos with 23mtrs height and 25mtrs radius each, Two coke silo of 60mtrs each and wet scrubber.Work Outline:-Understanding of local law and regulations in Health and Safety, Familiar with the requirement of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and related documentation.Deep knowledge of site HSE master plan, site specific HSE plans, Qatar Petroleum Law and ensuring that it complies with the regulation of the place of work and international standards, best practices etc.• Inspecting the procedures of EPC contractors for JHA, JSA, Risk Assessment, PTW, Confined Space Entry, and Work at Height & Lifting operations.Monitoring EPC contractor’s day to date activities. Carrying over Safety Walk with EPC contractors, Safety Tour, Safety Inspection, Safety Audits.Preceding weekly in house HSE meeting and monthly HSE meeting with EPC contractors.Familiar with COSHH, MSDS, Work place Illness etc.Specialized in PPE standards and approvals as per requirements.

Submission & Implementation of HSE Plan as per the ACOP, ADNOC, TAKRER etc.Conduct Interviews/Recruitment of New safety professionals.Identification of Safety Hazards and its controls. meeting,(sub contractor, supplies, consultant other relevant parties),Ensure the use of PPE,Making HSE Report & Checklist, Carryout TBTon a daily/weekly basis, Induction and HSE Related Training.Organize training for all workers (Internal and External).Inspection of scaffold, Plant tools & machinery.Monitoring of all safety activities and compile safety records/statistics at site and submission of monthly report .Assist management in procurement and usage of PPE.Conduct safety meeting with consultant and subcontractors.Take part in accident investigation process and prepare the report Proposes new safety policies, procedures, codes and standards which can be used to integrate safety performance into the goals, operations and productivity of organizations regulated by the AD EHSMS RF COP as well as the monitoring, assessment of their effectiveness in changing safety performance Participates on teams engaged in planning, design, development and implementation of systems or programs involving hazard controls for the safety system to maximize its effectiveness Establishes and implements techniques, which involve cost, cost-benefit analysis, work sampling, loss rate and similar methodologies, for periodic and systematic evaluation of the safety system and hazard control program effectiveness. Ensure the implementation of Project HSE Plan according to the Dubai COP & Federal lawInvestigation in to site Accidents and Analysis of the Causes and Associated Preventative actionsEffective actions and follow up on the status of Corrective and Preventive actions.Developing, Monitoring and Implementing Safety Policies and Procedures in branches and on JobsitesEnsuring that company is incompliance with all regulatory standards throughout the regionEnsure Hazards and Effects management, Emergency Response procedureEnsure the Occupational Health, safety ,Hygiene, Environmental consideration and proper Waste Segregation Arrange Safety Induction for the sites workforce, visitors, sub contractors and Tool Box Training for labors.Ensure the subcontractor operate in safe manner and comply with the project HSE PolicyEnsure the PPE by workmen and provide Mandatory Sign Boards at site.Proper Material Handling, Loading and Storage (LOLER & PUWER) and Ensure the use of correct tools and equipment for the jobProviding direction on safety programs and procedures based on organizational goals and PoliciesIncreasing employee safety awareness by providing comprehensive and consistent training (both regulatory and company mandated)Monitor the Work Permit System (Information , Training, Instruction and Supervision)Up–to– date safe procedures in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000,OSHA 18001Attend and prepare the report of Weekly HSE Progress Meeting and Monthly HSE Meeting.Identify and report the occurrence of NCRS.Check the safety aspect related to all Electric Works, Road Traffic, hand toolsAwareness and checking of all Safety Aspects related to work at Confined Spaces, scaffoldingsMaking Risk Assessment & JSA according to each site generated Method StatementDemonstrating Role Model Behaviors on Ethics and Integrity as well as Positively Promoting Company Culture.
