I perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct regular inspections, carry out overhauls, and troubleshoot equipment and systems as needed.In addition, I handle daily operational tasks such as generating trouble reports, prioritizing work assignments, and implementing isolation and tagging protocols for equipment when necessary. I have expertise in operating diesel engines, particularly during emergencies or when the power plant operates independently. Moreover, I am adept at managing firefighting systems, compressed air systems, and cooling water systems. I am skilled at addressing and resolving any abnormal conditions that may occur during plant operations.

Handling the job of fabrication & erection of piping & pipe supports.Reviews the Scope of Work to assess manpower requirements, gains approval for securing of necessary resources.Material Take Off, Planning and control for piping fabrication and installation.Projects Planning, Monitoring & Execution, Construction, Erection & commissioning inline.Review current P& ID’s & where there are inaccuracies, ensure accurate, update & authorised copies are produced for your discipline area of expertise.Review & Preparation of piping specifications as per process data.Perform inspections and verifications during construction and/or fabrication activities in accordance with requirements of the Inspection and Test Plans.To develop/review detailed engineering drawings Plot plans, Piping plans, isometric, pipe supports, MTO, BOM, Flow lines sheets, design calculations of piping.Coordinates field engineering activities with site construction management team.Compile comprehensive piping progress & expectations.Contribute to Management team handovers on request.Monitor repairs, fabrication & renewals pre/during & post activities.Monitoring and control the execution of the mechanical/piping works and verify that all components are installed in accordance with the approved design and installation procedures.Attended the Progress Meetings with the Clients for Mechanical discipline with correctional actions for the target completion.Handling the job of verification of test pack, punch list assurance of test pack.Responsible of coordination of issues like change in routing, support location & As-Bulits.Solve the problems related to piping & pipe supports arising during erection.To handle the job of all Q.C activities such as R.T, DPT, UT, HT at the site.Preparation of all pre-commissioning method statements & activities of pipe cleaning (Air blowing, Hydrotesting, Pigging, Water flushing, Steam blowing), drying and air freeing.
