Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues related to Outlook and Office 365 applications, such as email delivery problems, calendar synchronization issues, and software conflicts. Providing user training and support, assisting with software installations, upgrades, and migrations to newer versions of Outlook and Office 365. Managing Outlook email administration, including user creation and deletion as per company policy, email forwarding, user password reset, user email errors, and email archiving.
