As project delivery head established and ran the project office with the objective of ensuring all construction projects are delivered using ‘best-practices’ and are completed within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Additionally, heads and mentors the performance of the Project Delivery Team, ensuring high performance and a strongly motivated team.Key deliverables of the role include:✢ Overseeing the complete constructions and erection activities at the development sites✢ Spearheaded delivery of $220 mil manufacturing plants over 50 hectares and residential complexes of $5 mil over 5 hectares.✢ Shifted a fully functioning embroidery unit of 4 hectares from Jakarta to Semarang.✢ Ensure the effective delivery of all company projects from contract negotiations through submission of final outputs and project close down following company protocols including: ▸ Management of all contractual matters, and closely monitoring the preparation of all kinds of drawings, layouts and all the tender documents▸ Directing the project teams with respect to relationship management with external providers, drawing up, finalising and managing the team as per their subcontracts and ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and to a high standard▸ Ensuring smooth logistics Management, with the right Supply Chain management. ▸ Handling P&L Management for the projects including budgeting.▸ Procurement within each project, ensuring maximum value for money. ✢ Planning and executing all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors✢ Leading vendor management – designing and negotiating the SLA and price quotations with the contractors✢ Closely monitoring civil development activities and supervising Construction of RCC, Asphalt and Concrete paving blocks roads✢ Project Reporting & Reviews - Daily (review of construction schedule), weekly (progress & testing result) & monthly (cost control)

Supervised completion of the construction projects while paying special attention to the allotted budget for the project as a whole. Key projects include:✢ Construction of the largest chemical (Viscose Rayon fibre) plant - This plant is consisting of huge RCC structure for the different type of machines with light & heavy foundations. Construction of intake channel & pump house✢ Effluent treatment plant of 1500 m3/hr capacity - It consists of alkaline & acidic drains, collection tank, neutralization tank, primary clarifier, equalization tank, aeration tank, secondary clarifier, fish pond, Turbine building, Boiler house, coal warehouse, sulphur warehouse, furnace with firebrick lining ✢ Erection of machine & grouting the foundation, making cable duct & tray to lay different LT & HT cables & fixing different type of sensors & instrument✢ Led the project of Construction of town-ship for Indian expatriate & local employees

Responsible for key construction activities listed below:✢ Land & marine survey to fix up benchmarks✢ Grading work to make land at different levels by cut & fill of different types soil and hard rock (Blasting & chiselling)✢ Marine/Offshore construction - Construction of approach bund and approach bridge, and Construction of material handling Jetty, using of the pre-cast methods.✢ Construction of 50-meter high storage silo by using slip form system✢ Foundation for 4 KM long conveyor belt to transport raw material from jetty to plant ✢ Construction of main plant reactor foundation, cooling tower and electrical sub-distribution building✢ Cross country water pipelines 40 KM long from Roha to main plant. ✢ Construction of Vikram Baugh Residential colony developed in about 15 hectare Land.
