Job ObjectiveThe objective of this job is to assist the State Government on technological issues related to core infrastructure, MMPs and other e – governance projectsDesign & Architecture• In coordination with the Technology Department at NeGD, assist the State Government in defining the standards for application architecture, database design, development and infrastructure deployment • Study the status of IT Infrastructure of State and assist the State Government in coming up with a robust IT infrastructure to support the roll out of e – governance projects• Analyze the existing/ proposed projects in regard to strategic control, security, disaster recovery and business continuity• Ensure that individual project level initiatives are interoperable, standardized, scalable and secure across various areas of software, hardware and infrastructure• Partner with the PeMTs and help them in adhering to technical standards/ architecture/ product and strategic control, specifications for the e – governance projects• Ensure utilization of the common infrastructure being setup under NeGP for projects implementation at State level

• E-Governance Project Development, Management and implementation; Extensive experience in Government Enterprise Architecture development, management and implementation. Rajasthan state Integrated Excise Management system, Rajasthan state beverage Corporation Limited, Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills, Revenue Court Management System, Chief Minister Information System. Integration with Single sign on, E-mitra, Banking system for online real time reconciliation. • Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies; able to manage large project teams and known for high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.• System Analysis & Design of Database; Extensive experience in writing stored procedures, functions and views, Extensive experience in writing and tuning complex sub queries, SQL, PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers, Expertise preparing report specifications and database designs to support reporting requirements. Good experience in PL/SQL query optimization.• Expert in Management of IT Project Lifecycle; plan and manage projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.• Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
