Implementation of Rural Systems Integrator solution on 130,000 hand held devices. Interfaced with senior govt officials and allied vendors, managed vendor partners.

Managed Global Delivery for several marquee clients in Financial Services & Banking space, in Asia Pacific and middle east region, built practice around Core Banking platform for Australia market, merged business of an acquired company in Core Banking (T24). Implementation of Finacle suite of products (Core, CRM, eBanking) & other allied products across several banks (leading Indian Pvt & Public Sector Banks) in South Asia and Africa. Key banks in Finacle were in centralised mode with up to 4000 branches in the network with online interfaces like ATM, eBanking, RTGS, etc. Key KRA was in maintaining their high uptime and timely period runs (day-ends, month, quarter and annual interest runs), performance tuning, etc.
