- Hedge Funds Trade processing on behalf of clients, transactions such as Redemption, Subscription, Switch & Transfer.- Maintenance related activities like Rejection, Bank details update, Communication method, Distribution method, Change of agent & Change of address.- Generating, reviewing contact notes, investor statements and releasing confirmation to investor, solving queries in a timely manner.- Indexing & Vetting the work in different work types as per instructions received from clients.- Work allocation to all users on a daily basis and to ensure we meet our SLA.- Continuously monitor emails and ensure that all escalations issues are addressed in timely manners.

- Mutual Funds Trade processing on behalf of clients, transactions such as Redemption, Subscription, Switch, Stock Transfer, Transfer in, Transfer out & Conversion.- Handling different types of transaction services like via Post, Fax, Email, STP, Telegraphic Transfer, or any other electronic request.- Sending Contract Notes, Transaction Statement, Valuation Statement, Tax Voucher on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly basis or as requested from corporate & Institutional clients.- Ensuring payment is setting into the system and is sent to Client / Agent / Executor as per the instruction received to avoid any data protection breach.- Ensuring all trades settle within a time period.- Communicating with the overseas staff for raising & resolving issues on daily basis.- Giving training to new joiners & cross train to other team members in advance in case of any support required in a future & solving the queries in a team.- Reconciliation the payment received or not in a different tools and requesting & sending chaser for outstanding fund & cross checking the payment details.- Handling the client queries & solving the queries as per request.- Adherence to Client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).
