As an Implementation Consultant, I play a key role within this team by implementing new systems and module upgrades to our small and medium-sized corporate clients Responsibilities • Systems implementation – project planning, process mapping, internal systems definitions, configurations, budget review and administration • Ensuring that client requirements are fully understood, that expectations are realistic, and that the terms of delivery are agreed upon • Analysing and interpreting client requirements followed by configuration of the system where required • Identifying project risks and reporting on major project issues to the Team Lead or Head of Implementation • Ensuring customers are effectively trained in the use of the system(s) delivered to them • Following all agreed StepStone methodologies (eg Active8) and processes to ensure a consistent and quality approach for all clients • Producing project documentation and uploading it onto the intranet system and ensuring that each phase of the implementation is properly recorded • Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction • Working with team members and building relationships to share knowledge and encourage effective delivery To date I have implemented project for Legal and General, CMC Markets, ROK Group, Transport for London, Wates, Anglian Water, Insolvency Service, University of Leicester, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Business analyst responsible for managing HSBC's Internet Banking Secure mailing system. Also the implemenation of Weekly/monthly and annual Secure e-marketing and viral Marketing campaigns (e.g. HSBC Sale).

Responsible for eight Information Services Products (tape, media, FTP, Peer to Peer connetions) and HSBC's Corporate Banking Application (HEXAGON - Information).
