 Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the state and mapped branches. Formulate strategy for developing all business segments and diligent deployment of targets across segments. Responsibility of top line & bottom line of the state. Will drive Relationship Management and will take care of activities like Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market, Market & industry analysis, generating & increasing sales, selection & motivation of agents/distributors. Enhance relationship value with managed Corporate / Distributors / Agents / Banks etc within the cluster resulting in growth in business. Acquisition of new and emerging business potential channels. Regular monitoring of individual productivity of the team members. Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO. Assist in creation & refining of processes followed and support systems. Ensure right- selling by all team members through regular training. Periodic business review of team. Ensuring Compliance with regulations.

 Leading the business interface with various distribution channels at branch labels i.e Motor & DSA, Agency, Corporate and Motor Channels and motivating them through different skills. Identifying potential partners for business development and periodically updating performance of business partners. Maintaining and coordinating with sales, Claims, Underwriting team in order to have a effective and smooth day to day branch functioning. Delivering periodic MIS on Channel partners and organizing presentation for top managements. Presently handling 10 no. of team and developing them through high performance and motivation.

 Keeping track of Sales target of the Branch and near by spokes locations. Responsible for improving combined ratio of the branch. Analyzing market trends & providing inputs for formulating sales strategies.

 Dealer distribution, Channel expansion, Research, Planning & Implementation. Dealers Appraisal & New Avenues, Sales, Collection, Credit Control, Pricing & Discounts To ensure increase in sales or achieve targets, Product promotion, Interaction with media & Advertising agencies. Interaction with Architects, Engineers, Builders to increase non-trade sale. Customer Services & Handling Customer Complaints.

 Dealers Appraisal & New Development, Sales, Collection, Credit Control, Pricing & Discounts. Setting innovative trend & organizing sales team with aggressive marketing strategies. Handling of turn key projects & key customers to optimize our non trade sale. Customer Services & Handling Customer Complaints, conducting Mason & Customer Meets and regular site visit.
