About Rajesh Sharma

With more than fifteen years’ experience in finance combined with MBAs from two of the world’s most respected institutions, I have an extensive skills base and a truly commercial outlook. I have progressed up the career ladder at Courts (Fiji), a household name in retail and consumer finance, and I was the first local CEO for the business. I was responsible for the executive management of the entire business operation in Fiji during a time of change. By implementing a strategy of process improvement and maximising opportunities, I was able to secure a 74% increase in pre-tax profits and a turnover growth of 17%.My current role as General Manager of six medical centres demands high levels of strategic planning to achieve profitability and successful resource management. I am very active in my community; my love of sport and my desire to give something back to society by using my skills has led me to take on a number of voluntary positions.
