Taking care of sales and marketing of Critical Care division in the western part of the country based at Mumbai with a team of more than 50 people.

Created the entire launch strategy into the critical care pharma market.

Launched the Critical care division of Glenmark called CRITICA in North and East part of the country. Recruited the team at all the levels like Executive, Regional Business Managers and ABM. Established the brands Like Inem, Tplanin in Corporate and Government set up.

Started my career as a Medical Representative in parts of UP and had a continued learning experience for 17 years. In 2004, launched critical care division for high-end injectables for the first time in India.
