• Engineering Leader in the Salesforce Data Cloud Org, responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership in the development of modern data architectures and solutions to enable "Unified Customer View" (Single source of truth) and Real-time personalization at hyperscale for B2B / B2C customers.• Led the design and implementation of mission critical, hyper scale streaming data services on the CDP platform to support petabyte scale data ingestion and analytics for Salesforce's million's of Web, Mobile and Ingestion API customers.• Instrumental in defining strategies, grow capabilities and develop the platform to become the go-to solution for all of Salesforce's real time streaming needs. • Embraced a culture of innovation and experimentation to solve complex problems with scalability, resiliency, reliability, data lineage, observability and cost to serve.• Improved engineering and operational excellence by leaps and bounds by incorporating innovative tooling and developing a continuous process improvement culture. • Partnered with key stakeholders including senior leadership, product management and cross functional leaders at all levels to understand, influence and derive solutions to solve cross cutting problems such as compute costs, scalability, observability and run time.• Oversaw all aspects of the engineering including quality, performance, metrics, production incidents and priorities.• Built and grew a geographically distributed engineering staff through hiring, coaching, regular performance feedback and career development support.
