Supervised the construction of the road project, which included managing the Site manpower, materials & Machinery. Made accurate computations to estimate material needs. Served as Construction Manager on the Luku-Kalangala-Mulaba Road in Uganda and Project Manager for the Musoma Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Tanzania. Planned/coordinated the construction process, established timelines during projects’ phases, and secured appropriate permits and delivery of materials. Monitored progress for productivity and compliance with construction/safety codes. Ensured completions according to defined schedules. Overcame onsite labour issues and implemented team building exercises to create cohesiveness and the meeting of established targets.  Used conventional technology of the Cofferdam to lay 1000mm diameter of Intake Pipe in Lake Victoria.
