As a member of the Network Engineering team for Reliance Infrastructure , my primary role is to ensure the stability of the all Reliance Infra. site/corp network and network security environment. My role Encompasses: -• Troubleshooting routing protocol, hardware defect and network bandwidth utilization issues, assisting in vendor maintenance.• Upgrading/replacing code/hardware on Cisco, D-link networking gear, without any business impact.• Configuring and bringing into production new Cisco equipment to increase capacity.• Handling proactive and reactive outages directly and by working with vendors.• Resolving network service requests along with troubleshooting performance issues with other groups.• Monitoring network security equipment, managing network capacity, implementing process improvements, and administering network management systems.• Utilizing knowledge and experience in multiple routing and switching protocols in a multi-gigabyte environment, TCP/IP, packet capture and analysis, IPv4, Cisco, D-link switches and Cisco ASA Firewalls.• Testing environment on VMware and GNS3.

• Managed Technical Support and provided 1st level support on Windows and network within agreed SLA’s • Recommended and implemented corporate technology standards • Maintained vendor relationships nationally to ensure quality service on a timely basis • Installing Operating Systems, software and maintaining the SOC according to corporate policies • Bluecoat proxies Implementation with CSC Network team
