I have a diverse technical background with expertise in IT, networking, security systems, and customer service. Starting My career as a freelancer at Ones and Zeros Technologies in 2003, I developed skills in web design, computer hardware, and operating system installations across multiple platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, along with software troubleshooting for networking.At Vianet Communication Pvt Ltd, I progressed from a Technical Support Officer to a Network Support Officer, handling complex network configurations, including wireless access points, Cisco devices, remote access servers, and various network services like DNS, mail, and firewalls.Currently, I am working at Encore Boston Harbor as a TRU Attendant, where I oversee and maintain Ticket Redemption Machine, Sports Book Kiosks, ATMs, Lottery, and Recycler Machines, showcasing my versatility and adaptability in both technical and customer-facing roles.I am also taking It Support Class at Per Scholas to get my Comptia A+ Certification.In future I am interested to work in IT as Network /It Support Position.
