I am currently working on offshore projects for our US and Europe based clients – essentailly developing web based applications for customers to buy travel products online and back office applications for processing these sales. There is a strong emphasis on process orientation and compliance to BS 7799. Some of the projects I am currently managing are:• Web Customer Interface – a .Net application with added / improved functionalities, Internationalization etc.• Agents Desk top – a web enabled desktop application for offline bookings across the 13 operational countries• White labeling projects of various European websites to the parent website in terms of look and feel and functionalities.• Integration of LMUK (Nectar) – UK’s largest loyalty program with our websites.In addition, I am also looking after defect management and ongoing support to multiple concurrent applications.
