• Led a team of 75 maintenance personnel of plumbing and mechanical department to handle the day to day operations of one of the most sensitive sites and high profile clients in the Sultanate of Oman• The 250 cum/day treatment plant was not performing properly when taken over and the AMC subcontractor unable to rectify/identify.A detailed study of the issues and problems was done by me and the issues rectified with arranging an online support from principles in Belgium.The plant is working perfectly well thereafter.• Various bottle necks in departmental operations were observed and corrective steps taken.It included provision of additional CPN telephones to the team,stream lining the spare materials collection and stock,material procurement,interviewing & recruiting new staff,providing training to staff,shifting the department to a better and healthy environment and more.It was great watching the department raising its standards to its best and winning client's appreciation.Facilities engineering/preventive maintenance/CMMS/facility maintenance/project maintenance/HVAC/Recruiting/Interview/service contracts

• Transferred to Oman national Engineering and investment company on merit when awarded the new contract of SQU maintenence.• Sultan Qaboos university maintenance site is one of the largest and prestigious maintenance sites of the country.

• Reported daily to more than 15 client engineers of university's technical engineering department and led a team of 90 maintenance personnel .• Routine preventive maintenance activities of screw compressors were being affected due to lack of spares and authorized dealers in the country. Direct correspondences with the authorized dealers of Compair compressors in UAE resulted in opening of a branch locally.After obtaining spare parts manuals of all different models parts were ordered and installed.The equipment's breathed a new life with new spares and still operating best.• Led the team during tropical cyclone PHET in May 2010• The site infra potable water network was suffering frequent breakdowns.The problem was identified with a malfunctioning CLA- VAL pressure reducing valve at the main pump room which was fluctuating the discharge pressure.By Importing the PRV and replacing the unit breakdowns were reduced and enormous manpower saved.

•Worked in various positions at different maintenance sites including many high profile palace complexes, Country's major trauma Hospitals, health centers etc.•Led the hospital maintenance team during one of the biggest tropical cyclone GONU that hit the country in June 2007 while keeping the facility operational during extreme weather conditions.
