• Coordinating with various shipping lanes like Load Port Agents for ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) & ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), arranging Break Bulk Cargos & Flat Track Containers.
• Coordination for installation and erection of transformers, arranging the jacking & skidding through third party engineers and vendors.
• Project Inventory Management and Warehouse Management including yearly stock taking, maintaining the stock record.
• Cross checking invoices, arranging quotations and uploading in Microsoft AX.

Dubai

• Coordinating with stores and warehouse for material availability.
• Passing the Bill of Entries, checking documentation discrepancies and taking approvals from the concerned authorities.
• Coordinating with planners in Supply Chain for on time processing of orders and to ensure goods reach from suppliers to customers as planned to ensure sales and prevent out of stock.
• Tracking all shipments and ensure up to date information to provide details on any shipments/order when requested by management/supplier/customer
• Communicating with the inspection companies for arranging Inspection prior to dispatch with the required forms
• Monitoring the transhipment delays and liaison with the transport department / shipping line for prioritizing the shipment
