From 2008 I am involving with holistic and humanitarian sector. In between two years I was with international leather industry and Microfinance department, but my heart is to develop the community, develop the most vulnerable community. Through my professional life I lead the team awesome away due to that we could seen the amazing result. I believe in hard and smart work with hundred percent integrity. Love, care, correction, encouragement I am Mr. Rajkumar Das from Bagnan, District is Howrah, West Bengal. With a formal background in Community development paired with my proven success in community development facilitation. From 2008 I have been involved with the humanitarian sector. In all my previous job had been completely involved with empowering the community, leading the team and project administration. In my last job I was the point person to lead “Anti Child Trafficking Project – under World Vision India”. I had been align with every possible to empowering the community, empowering the Adolescent stage, protect the children, Inter-agency with whole block level Government stakeholders. Built up awesome relationship with CWC, Child Line, Block administrative team, BDO, Police, CDPO, DCPU, Grampanchayat team(VLCPC, BLCPC), ICDS, ASA worker.To revive the community, organized a legal awareness program, Police Interface meet, Block level INTER-AGENCY program, created GP level task force, Article 15 training, Life skill training, father - daughter - wife session etc. Not only that we also reached Special abilities children. Organized Block level Disability screening camp with the Government in order to help them to get Certificate and Manabik scheme.Has to maintain a field monitoring report, Case Management, Data management, Monthly monitoring report.Throughout my ups and down life taught me many thing, sometimes it was heart breaking, did mistakes and I thank God all the time He help me and learnt from the mistakes and goes off. my leadership quality and I will follow rest of my life.
