Overall incharge of the Operations in North Telangana.• Responsible for achievement of sales target which are given by the State Head / Company• Monitoring the prices in the market with a focus on Net Sales Revenue (NSR)• Ensure the team does proper market mapping of the areas that would help in Brand penetration.• Product availability at all the depots.• Tracking the payment days and motivating the team to have lower credit days.• Responsible for all commercial transactions in north-telangana (Trade & Non-Trade)• Responsible for achieving all network related targets as assigned for the Zone (network expansion, revival of inactive outlets, product placement etc.)• Responsible for managing Non-Trade customers in the Zone.• Responsible for business development i.e. - new customer addition, outlet development & customer engagement in the Zone• Coordination with logistics to resolve any service level issues.• Have the Market Intelligence of competitors’ activities (Price change, promotions, new products, new dealers/outlets opening, new initiatives, any issue in the market)• Collaborating with the Marketing team for Branding and Technical Service activities in the Zone.• Provide the Price report and Market Information report at Head Office on a weekly basis Network Management: • Build and maintain an adequate and strong network base in the Zone.• Regular market visits with the SO to boost the sales, resolve customer complaints and any special activity.• Focus on channel Expansion (New Dealer, New retailers appointment as per policy)• Participating in all dealer events – Gold distribution, Dealer meets etc.
