My responsibilities encompassed managing complex integration projects, such as the consolidation of Legg Mason and PUTNAM operations, and overseeing significant system upgrades. I have directed the automation of critical processes, such as derivatives trade matching and corporate action processing, resulting in reduced manual intervention and enhanced system efficiency.I provide strategic leadership to a team of 7-25 members, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of scalable and secure software solutions. My role involves end-to-end management of software development lifecycles, from requirements gathering to implementation. By driving comprehensive system migrations and upgrades, including transitioning security master maintenance to AIM GAIN, I have consistently delivered high-quality results that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
