Current• Ownership of Data Center changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing completion of post-mortems, root cause analysis, and follow-up resolution actions• Ensure Data Center operation success through network, servers, infrastructure monitoring, and troubleshooting• Performing basic diagnostics and troubleshooting by following standard operating procedures to identify cause of issues and replacing faulty components and resolving Network Connectivity with… Show more • Ownership of Data Center changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing completion of post-mortems, root cause analysis, and follow-up resolution actions• Ensure Data Center operation success through network, servers, infrastructure monitoring, and troubleshooting• Performing basic diagnostics and troubleshooting by following standard operating procedures to identify cause of issues and replacing faulty components and resolving Network Connectivity with minimal customer and business disruption.• Ability to provide detailed instructions to guide personnel of unknown skill sets through any work team needs.• DC Access management and coordination with different vendors to Implementation and deploy activities.• Take part in annual operational reviews with focus on compliance with du standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.• Physically checked 3k+ Network, Server (HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM, Lenovo, Huawei) & Security Appliances.• Installation of Cisco Switches (Catalyst 3650,3850,2960 & Nexus N9k, APIC, Spine 9504 & 9508) Routers & Firewall.• Installation of Rack server, Blade server (HP C7000, Synergy 12000, DL380,360) Dell (MX7000, Power EdgeR740,740XD, R650).• Post installation of the devices -knowledge on console connectivity and ILO, iDRAC & Open manage modular (OMM) configuration for Dell & Hp server.• Properly manage incidents and requests per guidelines, updating frequently and with appropriate detail and resolving in timely manner.• Accountable for Trouble ticket (HPSM) resolution Working within SLA time.• Responsible for inventory management and data collection for newly installed devices.• Coordinates with client/consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.• Reviewing reports of maintenance/ repairs of site-critical facility infrastructure.
