After completing my studies and not finding a full time job, I got engaged in some self employed jobs. This was mostly installing and troubleshooting of car audio and security systems. The organization is basically operation service provider business for CB radios being used by Taxis, emergency departments, Police and other smaller business. As part of my job, i used to install the CB Radio units in the vehicles and also at our customer premises allowing half duplex communication to take place. Majority equipment installed were used a under a licensed frequency from TAF and we also did the programing to ensure the devices worked on the required frequency.Apart from the above mentioned, I was actively involved in the repair of the faulty equipment and troubleshooting of the circuits.This gave me a good exposure to CB communication and also a good starter to step up in RF world.

As start of my career, learning customer interaction had been a big advantage to me. Joined in Fiji Television Limited as Customer Service Representative and was exposed to world of customer service and call center life. For First few weeks I learned the basic skills required to communicated with a customer over the phone and help them with all their problems. Later I was with the technical team doing the installation of the Sky Pacific equipment at customer premises and also attending to customer faults and dealing with customers Face-TO-Face. To all my nice and wonderful customer interaction skills I posses today, I would always thank Fiji Television Limited for providing me an opportunity to work in an service provider organization and learn the basics of customer care and on site technical support.

You are always best with something that you have interest in and for me installation of Car Audio equipment had always been fun and exciting. Starting from a very young age and learning the DC voltages and car electrical and electronics, I started working on my own to get in few extra dollars for the pocket expense. With many years of installation experience, I continue to do installation of all car audio equipment including Media receivers, Amplifiers, Speakers, Subs, cross-overs, equalizers and all other. My installation works are not just limited to Audio, I also do wiring for after market accessories like lighting equipment and horns etc, alarms and other electrical accessories. Some of my favourite brands to work with; Alpine and Pioneer.
