1. Imported & local Raw Material Planning considering N+3 months (dynamic) projection and ensuring delivery adherence of all the materials including bought out and Subcontracted items required for production as per production plan/forecast2. Coordinating with Logistics Agencies /Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarding agents activities includes- scheduling & booking of the shipments and managing all clearing activities with custom house agent includes-Timely Expediting of International Shipment, ensure proper documentation required at all levels.3. Responsible for preparing Yearly and Monthly fund Strategies covering all the payments to be made to foreign supplier and custom duties. Establishment of Letter of Credit with preset guidelines4. Identifying & developing cost effective vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials and spares ensuring Lowest cost. Sourcing for Indigenous as well as Imported Material & Spares.5. Maintenance of base records of key performance indicators and compilation of monthly MIS on SQA/Vendor for any quality matter, submission of CAPA/5 Why analysis/ Poko-Yoke & supplier quality audits.

1. Requirement Planning and forecasting for Raw material as per Sales & Production Plan. Negotiating and finalizing price for local, Imported and traded goods. 2. Releasing and Monitoring Purchase Orders and Interaction with Suppliers concerning all activities (Rate, PO acceptance, Material dispatch, Quality and payment) and ensuring smooth cargo operations3. Control on Engineering changes if any from time to time, controlling of inventory Vis-à-Vis ECN implementation to avoid obsolescence.

1. Participates in the development of the division manufacturing plan and established materials schedules and floor schedules to meet the manufacturing plan. Accordingly, ensured delivery of materials to production.2. Managed inventory to optimum level, forecasting requirement and analyzing capability of vendors and coordinating between PPC and supplier to meet company Goal.3. Participates in Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process.4. Selected suppliers using the preferred supplier selection and assessment process and monitored supplier performance (delivery, quality, and cost).

1. Planning & sourcing of raw material as per sales order from marketing division and procurement of the same.2. Responsible for proper inventory control and logistic management.3. Stores, Quality Control, Production to ensure production of finished goods in the desired period of time and Formulating Dispatch Schedule to meet the demand on time and minimum changeovers in the production plan.4.
