We provide technology-enabled innovative digital solutions across a wide range of industries, including publishing, healthcare, media & entertainment, education, finance and government.My Responsibilities:-Conducting detailed research on company database and loading it in the Company CRM - Salesforce, so that it can be used by the Inside Sales Team.• Working on different types of Quality Research like:o Technology research (which technology our prospect is working)o Revenue research (what was the revenue of our prospect in past years)o Employee research - LinkedIn research (for contacts)o Financial research: Revenue, Stock, Funding, Acquisitions, Investments Etc.o Reports: Comprehensive report, Call report, Meeting reports, Track reports etc.o Vendor research (Indian competitors)o Competitor researcho Other: IT Budget, latest news, articles, product and services, organization charts and many more.o Designing and creating manuals, presentations for BDMs and inside sales team.• Constantly monitor the data quality and updating CRM (Salesforce) database.• Making weekly work status report for team.

Apart From below responsibilities i am assisting team to complete work in a proficient manner and coordinate with my manager.•Doing Internet research as per customer requirement from different web portals (LinkedIn, Data.com, ZoomInfo, Manta.com, Hoovers, Google, Yahoo).•Identify the most appropriate decision maker (Director, VP or C-Level).•Lead Generation both for our organization and for our client.•Contact Research & Verification.
