I coordinate technical and press-related tasks for the Placement Committee at the Department of Human Resource Development. This includes organizing seminars, managing media relations, and planning events to promote our department's achievements and students' successes.

Shiksha- “Shiksha Daan Mahadan”Today education plays a very crucial role in every individual’s life. The awareness regarding the world as well as the capability of oneself to express and outstand is possible because of the education gained. Education is like absorbing nutrition for the personality and a better life - the more you gain the better life will open doors of opportunities for you. Shiksha is one of the initiative taken by the students of Surat in order to educate the children living on the streets or slum areas. We manage the process by initiating with the visiting of the area and then providing them teaching every Sunday. The students are provided with the materials like Books, pen and papers. Several activities are also conducted on festivals and occasions in which we provide food and clothes to the parents as well as to their children. This is completely a non-profitable venture and is a very unique way of providing the essence of education.

Obtained valuable insights into the standard operating procedures (SOPs) within various sections of HR department. This experience enhanced my comprehension of HR operations and provided exposure to best practices in industrial relations (IR) from prominent figures in India. Additionally, I undertook a project called “Strategic HR Compliance Blueprint: Comprehensive Integration across the Employee Life Cycle" for KRIBHCO.” The objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive blueprint for labor law compliance based on the HR cycle.
