Ensuring execution of calibration of meters and test equipment's.. Performance audit by third party. Identification and implementation of new tools & technologySpare management:. Availability for spare stock availability at zonal level.. Availability of critical spares at sites. Consumption & Replacement of spares through ERP. Monitoring and controlling Spare consumption cost at zone level.. Internal team, Vendor & client management. Identification and skill improvement of internal team. Timely identification & recruitment of manpower . Identification and Empanelment of vendors. Vendor development . Client management on operational issues.. Visit of the plants & meeting with clientsESG compliance:. Ensure Safe working environment at plants. Ensuring and controlling measures for water consumption . Ensuring Safety equipment and PPEs availability for his zone. Ensuring for safety audits . Internal & External audits for IMSCommunication and feedback:. Cross function meetings for smooth operations. Settle customer escalations. Monitor action on Feedback of field issues. Process improvement & SOP enforcement
