Role •Managing the Recruitment of some accounts for India Managed Services. Responsible for meeting the hiring numbers as per Business Ask for several accounts.•Training New Joiners on Recruitment Cycle.•Understand business unit strategies and develop recruitment solutions which will meet present and future needs•Review trend and forecast data in order to understand macro and micro needs. Provide advice & counsel to the business units on all recruitment matters.•Influence the business units as required. Define recruitment sourcing strategies. Analyze data on recruitment channels to ensure strategies are working.•Gather market intelligence and develop best understanding of the local marketplace in which the recruitment is being conducted.•Hold regular meeting with Business to understand positions based on the Projects, Client interaction & Negotiations on Hiring Numbers.•Taking pre-screened candidates through the full recruitment cycle to ensure effective cycle for candidate and client. Specific activities include but are not limited to: interview candidates as referred by the screening team, managing candidate/application records, clarifying client, defining and recording key metrics, documenting lessons learned by candidate skill areas, and delivering high quality candidates to specialist interviewers for selection. •Managed a set of defined vacancy codes pertaining to the different accounts & the skills / technologies. •Vendor Management is one of the major responsibilities as a part of my day to day activities.•Held regular meetings with all the Vendors to update on weekend Events & Quarterly Targets of the business in advance to help the Agencies plan & provide adequate resources who are of high quality, right Quantity & at the right time.Specialties: Recruitment (Contract staffing and Perm Stafiing )Vendor Management Campus recruitment Process Improvement
