- Currently serving as a Frontend focused Software Engineer, dedicated to enhancing debt collection processes through the development of an application suite using ReactJs.- Successfully streamlined deployment pipelines for Client-Side Rendering applications, leveraging Web service workers, Amazon Cloudfront, and S3 for optimal efficiency, resulting in reduction in deployment dependencies by 50% and almost 0% manual intervention and secrets management.- Spearheading the curation of Frontend Architecture Design to deliver highly functional applications, supporting a user base of 2000+ daily active users through the implementation of React.- Proactively managing internal bots for credentials management, enabling the support team to seamlessly generate and handle customer credentials while adhering to compliance requirements for over 100+ organisation. Worked as an Intern for last semester of the college.- Worked on building realtime application using ReactJs and tools like Redux, react-query and auth0.- Contributed on revamping design for ProNotes and ProAssist to support a modern design in 2-3 months and added some gamification features to bring 20% uplift in NPS (Net Promoter Score) from 20+ customers.- Design and develop a revamp for credentials management application called 'Groot' for supporting 100+ account creation daily via slack.
