Details about current job profile ;-Concerned with accounts deptt.;-# Managing the entire accounts deptt. Situated at Head Office at Panipat including Accounts Receivable,Accounts Payable,Inventory and includes proper identification,segregation,classification,recording of accounting data upto finalization of data.Take active part while finalizing the accounts.#Month end analysis of accounting data taking corrective action and preparation of MIS reports.#Reconciliation of DBK/DEPB receivable with the concerned internal deptt. Making these claims.#Managing the quarter end physical stock taking function and valuation of the same; Getting reconciled AR/AP/Banks/Loans and taking necessary corrective action; Responsible for smooth conduct of Statutory and Internal audit.#To make sure that bank charges/intt. Are as per agreement/sanction letter and if charged excess making refund claim.# Co-ordinating with branch-units incharges for proper and timely inflow of data of stock and sales.#Part of ERP implementation team and incharge of entire accounts modules which includes GL/AR/AP/FAC.Concerned with Taxation:-*Responsible for filing of quarterly; returns,Vat refund claims,Annual vat returns,scrutiny cases.*Responsible of proper deduction,timely deposit of TDS and timely filing of e-TDS returns.*To prepare and present statements required under scrutiny case under Income Tax Act.© Concerned with finance deptt.:-# Responsible for preparation of monthly forecast of cash inflow of outflow,estimation of shortage/excess if any.Preparation of fixed assets budget.#Making payments ot vendors as per payment terms.# Liasioning with bank officers.#Managing finance under vendor financing scheme.#Managing finance under factoring agreement.Currently directing ,controlling a team of 18 assistants in discharge of above functions.
