1. Worked as state-level technical coordinator and technology trainer for the "Subject teachers Forum (STF)" the program, which is an “in-service teacher education” program for high school teachers in Karnataka, Telangana,Assam, and Rajasthan states.2. Program in charge and giving technical support for the 'Teachers Community of Learning (TCOL)’ program, intensive Technology integration in the teacher-education program.3. Program coordinator of the blended mode “ICT integrated learning & teaching” courses for the pre-service teacher's colleges using Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle platform.4. Maintaining Moodle (LMS) platform to conduct the in-service and pre-service teachers' training program. Including training resource persons to use this LMS effectively to run courses.5. Design and conduct a digital content creation training program for the teachers to create and share resources on MediaWiki based repository.6. Support schools, Colleges, and Educational departments to set up maintain computer labs, which teachers andstudents learn and resource creation process.7. Responsible for designing and conducting the technology training programs for teachers, teachers educators on different FOSS tools based on the organisation and projects requirement.8. Leading the technical team to support pre/in-service teachers, and teacher educators to get comfortable with different FOSS technologies to use and create digital resources.9. Design and conduct digital audio resource creation courses for the language teachers to use in classroom teaching. During the pandemic trained around 300+ teachers under this course on the “Audacity” FOSS tool.10. Coordinating with educational departments (BEO, DIETs, and DSERT) to implement all our educational related programs.

Providing on-line and off-line technical support across Karnataka and Telangana for teachers, teacher trainers and education administrators across Karnataka. Led the NVEQF (National Vocational Education Qualifications Framework) project team of ITfC in Karnataka for Government high school students. In Karnataka this was started in 2012 as pilot project from state government and implemented in 40 schools across state.Part of a program with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai (www.SpokenTutorials.org) on creating CBTs a part of a MHRD program – National Mission on ICTs in Education (NMEICT) – www.Sakshat.Ac.in.
