Till date I have gained experience in various litigation matters related infrastructure companies, land disputes, tender related matter, corporate laws, (DLF, Unitech, Mahabharat Motors, Neo Metalics; Kolkata West International City Pvt. Ltd., Hyundai Motors; Bengal Waterproof Ltd; Bihar Rubber; Greenwave information Ltd., etc.) pending before High Court at West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa ,District Courts & other Lower Courts. Also I am working on latter related to copy right matters involving litigation before the High Court, especially in entertainment and film arena; infringement if copy rights of music copy rights, etc.; design registration Dedon Gmbh for design Registration; dealing with registration of service mark in India for clients based in U. S. A; representing in courts for litigation concerning infringement of Domain name for and on behalf of “SAND CPH”. I have successfully dealt with matter regarding SEZ violation and representing DLF in court at Barasat and High Court at Calcutta; dealt with Prevention of Corruption Act for Iron Company. Handling Admiralty and Shipping related matter of various foreign shipping entities one of which is Singapore based solicitor firm in litigation pending in High Court at Kolkata and representing for “Carlon Shipping Corporation”.I am dealing for “IXIA” a software organization in its various Civil litigation in lower courts & the in High Court at Kolkata, Lower Courts; representing and dealing with civil litigation for “Sir J. C Bose Trust” & several other matters related to Courts involvement. Also I am handling the registration of service mark for U.S.A. based concern “Careerbuilder.com” in India & litigation dealing infringement of domain name.
