Responsibilities:• Fabrication and installation of desalination plants and sewage treatment plants• Preparation of project related materials requisitions. • Prepare, submit, monitor and control project technical queries. • Exposure in various standards such as ANSI/ASME B31.3,B 36.10 & B 36.19, B16.5,B16.34,ASTM standards, DIN Standards and ISO standards etc..• Witnessing/Performing various site testing activities• Play a key supporting role to the Project Manager to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day execution of major projects or to act as project in-charge for minor projects.• Assist in the preparation, submission, monitoring and control of additional work requests and change orders.• Solve/Coordinate technical issues relating to engineering design between client and the Project.• Monitor materials usage to ensure possible shortages are identified and addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.• Monitor all elements of work execution and provide input to the planning department as necessary.• Monitor schedule activities in order to achieve ‘on time’ results including follow up with external sub-contractors and suppliers when required.• Investigate labor and other productivity variances and report to the project manager. ZADCO (Offshore Project).Project Scope: Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Desalination & STP Package System for Zakum Island.2. Involved in Various Package projects of Desalination plants, Treatment Plants, Scrubbers & Odor Control System for the clients ADNOC, GASCO, ZADCO, PDO, ASHGHAL, Qatar Petroleum, etc…3. DELMA Island Desalination Project (Offshore-EPC Project) for the client M/s. ADWEAProject Scope: Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of 3.3 US MGD Seawater Reverse Osmosis Plant and addition of 2nd pass to existing 2 US MGD SWRO plant.

Industry type: FABRICATION; Responsible for understanding the drawings, identifying activities and develop detailed programme.Fabrication and erection of steel structures and sheet metal works.Providing technical direction to workers, engineers and the design teams throughout the project.Prepare the work schedule ,detailing stages,sequence of work and manpower assignments.Client interactions. Technical coordination with other engineering departments and preparing Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions , Technical Bid Analysis Reports and other project related documents. Technical / Commercial queries and technical meetings with domestic and international vendors for optimization of purchase and improving equipment and plant performance. Kick of Meeting holding with equipment manufacturer and also holding meeting during fabrication on vendor's shop.Identify and advise on the economic and practicable time frame for the completion of a project including necessary resources of staff, plant, equipment, temporary works and operational labor. Handle responsibilities of estimating the costs of production as well as defining the profitability objectives.Assisting in preparation of tender prices, bid estimates for construction projects by studying project drawings and designs and bill of quantity. Analyzing and compiling data on construction factors, such as labour, materials, special machinery requirements, and site location Analyses estimated vs. actual costs upon project completion and put forth the report to the Estimation Manager. Assisting on the review process & all the jobs done by Estimation Engineer.
