• Tendering from receipt of indent from projects to approval including contractor selection, contractor prequalification, preparation of tender documents, tender floating, pre bid meeting, preparation of comparative.
• Assessment of variations, escalations and issuance of amendment.
• Procurement of material ensuring best value through exploring different purchasing options.
• Acting as a key point of contact to contractor and vendor for managing claims and contract renewal.
• To keep abreast of new legislation, government policy, best practice and relevant external factors relevant to procurement and contracting activity.
• To establish and develop a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers to ensure that the quality of service is consistently managed and challenged to meet agreed service level agreement.

India

• Preparation of Bill of quantities, Estimation of Civil, rate analysis of various items and handling subcontractor billings, site measurement etc.
• Ensuring the works contracts and contractual Clauses related to quality or quantities of works to be followed properly.
• Ensuring overall construction is executed in accordance with applicable specifications, drawings, codes and standards and to the requirements of the Contract.
• Certification of monthly and final PRW and subcontractor billings.
• Review the provision towards quality assurance and carry out quality control tests as specified in technical specification during construction period.
• Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with the technical specifications.

Russia

• Ensuring overall construction is executed in accordance with applicable specifications, drawings, codes and standards and to the requirements of the contract.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination for site management.
• Supervise the work on a day-to-day basis as per the work program.
• Ensuring the works contracts and contractual clauses related to quality or quantities of works to be followed properly.
• Responsible for site engineering activities and providing technical assistance to the construction supervision team.
• Develop, prepare and execute work plans for the construction activities.
