Labour Department• NOC from Labour Department.• Arrangement to issuance of Lift & Escalators LicenseAdditional Key Responsibilities Area Maintenance & Purchase1.To handle the customer complaints with utmost care.2. Managing manpower for Operation & Maintenance, Soft Services, Housekeeping and Building Operations.3. Operation and maintenance of equipment like LT, UPS,HVAC system, DG Set, Elevators, Plumbing system, Security etc.4. Preparation and follow up of actual work done in PPM as per schedule for all the equipment, regular planning of daily activities for technical work.5. Monitoring and finalizing AMC, Warranty tracker and negotiations.6. Monitoring the consumption and controls on power water, and electricity and material consumption.7. Regular meet with vendor for smooth working and operation of technical, security, administration and housekeeping services.8. Coordination for minor and major breakdowns9. All Liaison work BSES / DDA / MCD & Govt. Dept.etc.
