In detail:To check Production Component in HPDC Machine (250T ZITAI, 420T ZITAI, 350T TOSHIBA, 730T ZITAI).To check and maintain HPDC Machine Parameter at the time of Production,E.g. die opening or closing time, Maintaining Furnace Temp. & Die temp.etc. Supporting team member in line setting.4M Trouble shooting.Defects analysis by using Pareto chart & submitting their countermeasure.Responsible for on job training for Supervisors / Operators.Handling Union related issues.Line executives & supervisors meeting.Line abnormality audit.Daily sectional meeting.Spare parts plan vs actual and gap coverage.Accident prone areas audit.Authorizing leave plans & keeping planned absenteeism within 7%.Counseling of in discipline cases.Resolving line related conflicts.Overtime monitoring as per target.Process defect monitoring.Analyzing consumption data from store and planning c/m.Rejection cost monitoring.Daily report preparation.Line related records verification and updating.Kaizen screening.Section performance.Provide action plan for customer complaints (5 Why for outflow & occurrence; cause & effect diagram; temporary & permanent countermeasure; cross check all possible causes with reports; process improvements etc.) Show less
