I have 29 years total experience in the field of ethanol project/production with different industries at different level.• 11 years as Distillery Unit Head.• 09 years as Production head Distillery. • Presently working with M/s Avadh Sugar and Energy Ltd (Birla Group) Hargaon, Sitapur as Executive Vice President (Distillery) since August 2018.• I have progressive attitude and look after trouble shooting/Advise across group distilleries operation. Technical involvement for New Projects/Expansion of group Distilleries (Molasses and Grain Based). Professional skilled of manufacturing, business strategy, team management, cost reduction, commercial sense & finance matrix for feasibility of Project and Ethanol production as variable scenario and industries trend.• I have done all work to get statuary permissions & consents from MOEF, Pollution Control Board, Excise and Local Department well in time.• Also we are operating our distillery since last three seasons on ethanol production with cane syrup. We are the only distillery in India, operating cane syrup ethanol production without dry yeast & extra enzyme since 1st day.• I joined ASEL Hargaon on August 2018 with Distillery capacity 100KLPD and old technology boiler and water treatment system etc.• We installed new 55TPH slop fired boiler (ISGEC) and 8 MW turbine (Triveni), erection and commissioning completed and in operation since October 2020.• Condensate Polishing Unit erection and commissioning completed and in operation since February 2021.• Multi Effect Evaporator for 200KLPD Ethanol Production erection and commissioning completed and in operation since February 2022.• Distillation(Evaporative Distillation Technology) and Fermentation plant modification for 200KLPD (B-Heavy Molasses) Ethanol Production erection and commissioning completed and in operation since February 2022.
