In addition to my functional roles and responsibilities, I bear the responsibility of formulating corporate-level strategies for TPSC-Malaysia, focusing on future business opportunities, including Decarbonization strategies. This involves close coordination with my headquarters in Japan (TPSC/Toshiba ESS).Achievements @TOSHIBA since 2016:1. Recently completed turnkey Combined Cycle Cogeneration Power Projects with an order value of approximately 800 million USD in Thailand for B.Grimm.2. Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously across four different sites in Thailand during the pandemic, achieving on-time COD through optimal manpower utilization, proper planning, and strategic execution.3. Successfully led proposal development for numerous projects as Proposal Manager, overseeing proposal teams from both the Malaysia and Japan offices.4. Received FastTrack promotions and elevated to Head the Project Department due to outstanding performances in various projects.5. Played a pivotal role in establishing the Project Department, which has now become the primary project center for Toshiba ESS-Japan for executing EPC projects in the APAC region.6. In several projects I led the Project Team from Japan & Malaysia office and effectively managed the entire proposal cycle, encompassing tender preparation, strategizing, costing, planning, vendor selection, negotiation, bid collection and evaluation. Additionally, I was responsible for the preparation of the Technical Evaluation Report and liaising with clients, their consultants, and Lender Engineers throughout the process.In early stage I played a pivotal role in several projects, majorly in proposal engineering, serving as the Lead Proposal Engineer. My primary responsibilities encompassed the management and costing of various work packages, including HRSG, pumps, heaters, and other BOP items. These responsibilities involved a comprehensive range of tasks, such as conducting FEED, reviewing P&IDs, HBD reviews, preparing RFQs, evaluating bids, conducting feasibility studies, reviewing plot plans, assessing auxiliary power load, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing related costing activities.

Also handled various work Packages from ordering to execution.• Trained in Germany at Siemens-Erlangen on various Power Plant Digitization software and tools, like TDY -Thermodynamics online for overall plant performance for thermal power plants and FMS -Fatigue Monitoring System for HRSG/coal fired Boilers. • Worked on plant diagnostic tools to manage TDY and FMS packages in various projects.• Trained in Siemens Germany on KRAWAL software used for HBD development.

I was the Owner’s consultant for M/s MEENAXI ENERGY PVT. LTD for Steam Turbine and main plant BOP area for 2x350 MW and 2X150 MW coastal thermal power project phase- I&II at Thamminapatnam village, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, India.Supported the Plant Analysis, Diagnosis and Optimization (PADO) team which is a efficiency-enhancing optimization programs and was originally developed for India.

Worked in Operations & maintenances depart of 547MW CPP, PF-Fired BHEL make unit in Jamshedpur as an Sr Executive Engineer.

Worked in CPP-3X77MW, PF-Fired BHEL make unit as a Shift-In -charge for Captive Power Plants in managing the plant Operations as well as responsible for handling the complete Plant load Management with State Load Dispatch (SLD) centers in sync with fulfilling the internal plant load demand for zinc smelters.
