CurrentRecruitment/Talent Acquisition • Managing the complete recruitment life cycle to source the best talent from diverse sources.• Identifying manpower requirements through a dashboard shared with the management team daily.• Sourcing and screening candidates from various sources (employee references, consultancies, job portals, database calling, campus & walk-ins) based on company needs.• Confirming candidate selection after interviews and negotiating salaries with selected candidates.• Developing new vendors and managing existing vendors for smooth hiring.• Maintaining and sharing the manpower dashboard with the management and respective team heads.Compensation & Benefits • Preparing salary breakups for new joiners.• Correcting minimum wages as required.• Managing appraisals and increments as per management requirements. HR Operations• Developing and implementing HR policies as per management/compliance requirements.• Providing guidance and facilitating employee engagement processes.• Creating job descriptions and setting KRAs/KPIs based on management and employee work profiles.• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, termination letters, and any salary revision letters.• Managing employee attendance and sharing it with the accounts department.• Conducting exit interviews, issuing relieving letters, and performing monthly attrition analysis.• Implementing reward and recognition programs based on monthly achievements and setting new benchmarks.• Overseeing the manpower master for more than 600 employees.Training & Development• Preparing the monthly training calendar with the product manager's assistance.• Confirming training schedules with respective managers.• Circulating the training calendar to reporting managers for smooth processing.• Coordinating with product managers for training sessions.• Compiling training attendance and sharing it with relevant authorities.
