As a Senior CAE Analyst at Brose Group, I work on prime vehicle seating systems, ensuring their design and structural requirements for various crash load cases, such as frontal, rear, cargo, and SBA. I use advanced CAE software, such as LS-DYNA, LS Pre-Post, ANSA, Animator, and Primer, to perform finite element analysis, modeling, and error debugging, following the norms of FMVSS, ECE, and Euro-NCAP.Before joining Brose Group, I was a CAE Crash Engineer at Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance, India, where I was responsible for the full pedestrian protection of vehicles, working on head impact, lower leg, upper leg performance for different country regulations and standards, such as GTR, JNCAP, EURO NCAP, and PRC. I also have experience as a LS-DYNA corporate trainer, and as a CAE Analyst at Equilibrium Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where I worked on various projects involving impact, drop, implicit and explicit analysis, bullet penetration, dummy positioning, seat belt routing, seat squashing, whiplash analysis, and side door intrusion. I have a M.Tech degree in Mechanical Machine Design from Acharya Institute of Technology Bangalore, and a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from S.I.E.T Bijapur. I am passionate about automotive domain, and I strive to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for crash and safety challenges.
