My job involves monitoring of team of 5 technicians & all the service centers to ensure proper servicing of Metabo tools, conduct time to time training program for the technicians and provide onsite service at customer’s premises. Conduct the demonstration on-site and provide technical advice. I support for technical issues and demonstration. Planning for service center in coming tools. Spear parts order planning as well. Dubai as service technician from 2005 to 2008.ARJ is a renowned Co. in UAE, Saudi, Oman as a supplier for premium brands in Water Pumps, Electrical Power tools, Garage Equipment’s, Generators etc. The brands they carry are, Lowara, Ebara, Franklin submersible motors, ABS submersible pumps, Telwin, OMCN etc.As a service technician for water pumps I was responsible for troubleshooting the problem on site and provide the right solution.Used to install as well as commission the pump sets and find solutions for the problem in control panels as well.Bore well inspection. Used to assemble piping work for pump sets.
