Prepare monthly power report plant wise (MIS) report and EHS patrak and sent to account & EHS department.Check & Verified HT connection electricity bill. Prepare electrical & Instrument maintenance,fuel & legal requirements yearly budget for next year.Prepare & maintain store min. & max. inventory of electrical & instrument consumables items. Prepared Instrument's documents for audit related & statutory related. Automation in utilities area and reduce a cost saving. Looking legal & statutory related work of electrical & Instrument. Looking utility area boiler, air compressor, nitrogen plant, brine & chilling plant electrical & Instrument breakdown work. Maintain & performed of PCC & MCC Panel ACB , 11 KV RMU & Transformer service work by outside agency. Maintain housekeeping of panel's room and HT yard area on daily basis. Maintain DG set maintenance service work by outside agency on AMC base. Looking maintenance of Emergency lights ups system and QC Lab UPS system. Testing of earthing pit of the plant's should be done by an authorized vendor.Conduct an electrical safety audit and energy audit with an authorised vendor. Know the ERP system for indenting & material issuance work.
