I have close to 8 years of experience in IT project management with 6 of them in the BFSI industry, and have successfully implemented & managed the following suite of applications : 1. Liferay DXP-based web applications; IONIC-based Android & iOS mobile applications; eKYC services to assist loan origination.2. CRM & Marketing Campaign Management Tool for the Marketing function.3. Chatbot, including Omni-Channel integration, Video-Calling & Co-Browsing capabilities; IVR & Telecaller assistance system for the Service team.4. ERP system with applications for Accounts, Sales and Compliance verticals.5. API integrations between NBFC's and their banking partners and vice-versa. My curious and inquisitive nature has made me a hands-on manager, and I absolutely relish any chance to roll up my sleeves, and : 1. Sit with our programmers to troubleshoot bugs;2. Test web-applications; 3. Have informal meetings with business team members to gather feedback about the systems they use;4. Make impromptu calls to our Sales & Customer Service team to understand customer expectations and on-the-ground realities.5. Chat with the Marketing team to understand the economics of advertisements & lead-conversions;6. Spend time in reading the copy-content of our landing pages before getting them implemented (I am a closet grammar nazi.) 7. Design logos, create tag-lines and write copy-content for my entrepreneur friends, for free !
