Roles and Responsibilities1). Incoming material inspection as per drawing and BOM.2).Testing of electrical and electronic equipments as per test procedure, PO,WO,BOM,&Drawing .3.)Prepare Supplier deviation report and escalate to higher authority.4).Coordinate with supplier on deviation found in supply.5).Prepare daily & monthly report on Tested electrical and electronics equipments .6). Co-ordinating with other departments for the analysis of field returned electrical and electronics parts 7). Co-ordinating with service engineer to resolve the customer complaint at site through telephonic call or email.8). Co-ordinating for internal Audit with Senior Engineer.9). Co-ordinating for Supplier Audit with Senior Engineer.10). Co-ordinating with Senior Engineer to prepare action plan done for customer complaint .
