Being a Fraud Specialist it’s my responsibility to monitor customers account complete activity and the documents that we receive for the review to avoid possible risks.Responsibilities :-Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.-Monitor and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio.-Monitor constantly customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.- Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities.-Resolve issues within the scope of existing service level agreements.-Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns.-Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
